This air covering machine have optimal yarn path,higher productive flexibility, reliable winding system allows to produce high quality packages. All processing parameter can be control setting and modity on the control panel.

Made of steel ,equipped with stabilizer,retractable center.

Right or left tailing device.

Upper creel

Two creels for each position.

Electronic yarn sensors

Two sensors for two supply yarn,one for the spandex and one before the take-up for the air-covered yarn.

Automatic single position stop in the following cases:

Yarn breakage(quick stop)

When the take-up package has reached the set measurement.

The air flow stop.
